My stay at the hotel was satisfactory. The rooms were clean and comfortable, equipped with fridges, microwaves, coffee machines, and overhead lighting. The service was courteous and incredibly helpful, even arranging a rental car for us. The location, close to Juneau Airport, was convenient for our travels. Dining at the onsite Mi Casa was fantastic. However, the cleanliness could be improved, and they don't allow birthday parties, which could be a downside.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were large and very clean, but the noise from the parking lot was bothersome. Additionally, there were cleanliness issues with blood in the sink and on the sheets, as well as scattered plastic tags on the floor.
